Sewing Rating: Advanced
Close-fitting, lined, boned top has neck and sleeve ruffle, bias flower with stay, front button and loop closing and 3/4-length two-piece sleeve with button and loop closing.
Slightly flared, lined skirt, floor-length at center front has contrast waistband, back zipper and back extends into train.
Suggested fabrics: Crepe and Faille. Also for Top: Tissue Taffeta and Shantung. Also for Skirt: Velvet. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals, plaids or stripes.
