View A is a copy of a period 1890's Bicycling pattern, "Cosmopolitan Bicycle Suit". It includes a double breasted Basque (bodice or jacket) with wide collar and revers (lapels), Leg O'Mutton sleeves, pleated back, and optional belt. The skirt has double box pleats in front and back, with roomy bloomers meant to be worn underneath it, or either one alone. The bloomers blouse over the leggings. A dickey with or without a high collar can be worn underneath the bodice/jacket or left off with a purchased blouse underneath the jacket. The leggings, also known as gaiters or spatterdashes (spats) are a copy of a period vintage pair.

View B Bodice/Jacket is a representation of a hunting jacket depicted in Harper's Bazar. The front is double breasted and has a wrap around high collar. The back, sleeves, and optional belt are the same as View A. View B bloomers are a copy of a vintage pair of Turkish Bloomers. They can be made as bloomers with leg bands or as a culotte skirt by just leaving off the leg bands.

View C is the same as view A bodice/Jacket without the collar, instructions o narrow the front extension, and using the back lining piece which has no pleats as the back and back lining. The dickey can be worn with either View A or C, with or without the high collar.
